摘 要 在这样的背景下，中国的出口业遭受了重大打击，损失惨重，给中国经济的良性发展蒙上了一层阴影。因此，为了理性的处理好中国与国际方面的反倾销摩擦，有必要对反倾销的现状进行探析，究其原因，尽快制定具体的应对策略。本文通过分阶段将我国目前遭受反倾销的现状作出分析，来探讨我国遭受反倾销指控的国际因素和国内因素,进而有针对性地提出相应完善的反倾销应对对策。 关键词：对华反倾销；贸易摩擦；贸易保护主义；应对策略 ABSTRACT As one of the three ways to boycott the unfair competition that World Trade Organization allows , Anti-dumping is the most frequently used and most effective one in the trade remedies . It is characterised by legal form, easily implement,and it can protect domestic industries effectively but not susceptible to leading to revenge.Thanks to the deepening of Chinas economic reform and expanding opening up, foreign trade has developed rapidly. However, the increasing international anti-dumping cases casted shadow on the prospect of Chinas exports . The international community keep launching anti-dumping investigation to China and we can’t ignore the negative impact it has brought. In recent years, a sharp increase appeared in foreign anti-dumping, that means an rising trend emerged no matter in amount,sort of merchandise involved,countries launching suit against anti-dumping ,or in the final determinated anti-dumping tax rate. China has become the biggest victim of the abused anti-dumping measures who suffers the largest number of anti-dumping investigation in the world. What is worse is the situation will deteriorate with China’s enlarged export. In general, people tend to blame America and Europe and other developed countries on seting up limits on Chinese products. But think about this years anti-dumping cases’ details,it can be found that in anti-dumping cases towards Chinese enterprises, the developing countries has become a main force among countries launching anti-dumping investigation against China and has launched attacks to products made in China frequently. Especially after 2007, the year subprime crisis began to spread to the world, Europe and the United States suffered heavy losses, recession, international trade protectionism began to rise,
