三种硕士研究生培养模式的差异性比较 　　摘要：我国临床医学硕士研究生培养模式经历了5年本科教育+3年硕士研究生教育模式、7年制本硕连读模式、5+3一体化临床医学人才培养三种模式，三种模式均培养出大量的硕士研究生，但是不同培养模式在人才培养的内容和效果上仍存在一定的差异性。我们比较三种硕士研究生培养模式的培养目标、培养效果及它们的优缺点，分析它们之间的差异，增加大家对临床医学硕士研究生培养的认识，以便研究生本人更加明确自己的学习任务和目标，学校、规范化培训基地、硕士导师更清晰明确我们的任务和责任，更好的完成人才培养。 　　关键词：临床医学；研究生；培养模式 　　Abstract：Clinical medicine graduate student in China has experienced 5 years of undergraduate course education + 3 years graduate student education training mode，Seven-Year Combined Bachelors and Masters Degree mode，and the 5+3 integration of clinical medical talent cultivation mode.The three modes were culti
