亚甲蓝示踪法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结 　　摘要：目的 探讨亚甲蓝示踪法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中的应用价值。方法 选取我院确诊收治的125例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，选择1%亚甲蓝注射液作为示踪剂，注射于肿瘤周围或乳腺组织内，然后行前哨淋巴结活检术和腋窝淋巴结清扫术，分析前哨淋巴结检出率、准确率、敏感度及假阴性率。结果 本组125例患者手术均取得成功，术后未出现不良反应和并发症。前哨淋巴结检出率为93.6%，准确率为92.0%，敏感度为87.3%，假阴性率为14.5%。结论 亚甲蓝示踪法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中具有重要的价值。 　　关键词：乳腺癌前哨淋巴结；活检；亚甲蓝 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of methylene blue in sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer.Methods 125 cases of breast cancer in our hospital were selected as the research object，injected 1%methylene blue injection into the tumor or breast tissue，and then taken sentinel lymph node biopsy
