北京地铁服务于中国北京市及其周边地区的城市轨道交通系统。它始建于1965年7月1日，1969年10月1日第一条地铁线路建成通车，使北京成为中国第一个拥有地铁的城市。 Beijing Subway service in Beijing, China and its surrounding areas of urban rail transport system.
