Both multinationals, import and export enterprises or in domestic-oriented enterprises will be affected to various degrees. How to survive the financial crisis as various companies, especially listed companies, become the focus of their attention. In the context of the financial crisis, corporate performance will be affected, further will certainly affect the companys dividend distribution policy, to make the best dividend policy of listed companies has become the top priority. This article first elaborates the background and references, and then introduce the relevant basic concepts of dividend policy in order to pave the way below the writing, and then analyzes the behavior of listed companies in the dividend distribution and the impact on stock prices, demonstrated a large number of data references, and finally advise to the listed companies stabling thier dividend policy and moving the focus of improving profitability, in order to making Chinas listed companies making more mature dividend distribution policy.
