县城移民生态园区污水处理工程 可行性研究报告 摘要 本次毕业设计的任务是编制重庆某县城移民生态园区污水处理工程可行性研究报告。主要包括污水处理工程规模及进出水水质的确定、污水处理工艺方案的确定及工程设计、工程投资估算及财务分析、污水处理工程相关设计图纸的绘制以及污水处理工程可行性研究报告的编制。 根据地形图、原始资料及水质要求，生态园区排水体制采用严格雨、污分流制，污水作二级生化处理，在生态园区内设置一座污水处理厂，分两期建设，近期（）规模为75003/d，远期（）规模为150003/d。将污水集中处理达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）中的一级B标准 2000型氧化沟污泥最终运至该县垃圾填埋场卫生填埋。 。。Carrousel 2000型氧化沟工艺 ABSTRACT The task of the present graduation design is preparing the feasibility study report of the wastewater treatment project to immigrant ecological industrial park in a county of Chongqing. Including the following tasks, determining the scale of the wastewater treatment project , quality of raw wastewater and treated water and sewage treatment technique process, then carrying on the engineering design , investment estimate and financial analysis, finally finishing drawings related to wastewater treatment project and feasibility study report. In consideration of the terrain, fundamental data and water quality requirements, combined sewage pipeline system is separated system and the discharged wastewater needs secondary biological treatment. All the discharged wastewater is treated in one WWTP which is built in the Eco-Park. The WWTP is built in two steps, at present the design scale is 7500 m3/d, and in the future, the scale is enlarged to 15000 m3/d. With the full consideration of the technology and economy, the Carrousel 2000 Oxidation Ditch process is used as the biochemical treatment process and first-class B standard is adopted as the treatment process. As the terminal processing, sanitary landfill is adopt to manage the residual sludge which is transported to the landfill of this country. The total investment of the engineering is34.3477 million RMB, in that the project cost is23.8466 million RMB (The investment of the wastewater treatment is 14.7205 million RMB, the investment of the sewage piping is 9.1261 million RMB). Unit processing cost of 1.02 RMB per ton, and the unit operating cost of 1.15 RMB per ton. F
