本科毕业论文 论文题目：论我国地方银行经营模式的现实选择 姓 名： 黄智虹 学 号： 2009311131 系（部）： 会计学系 专 业： 会计学 班 级： 2009级1班 指导教师： 王芳 完成时间： 2013 年 4 月 摘 要 地方银行作为我国金融体系的重要组成部分，对我国的国民经济和金融业发展起着巨大的推动作用。在我国长期的分业经营模式下，我国的地方银行出现了一些急需解决的问题，如金融工具创新的局限性、局域经济金融发展的不平衡、地方银行体系出现漏洞。这些问题使得我国地方银行不仅无法与国际金融市场上的金融集团竞争，甚至不能与国内的国有银行和其他金融机构竞争。文章在结合我国地方银行经营模式存在的问题和我国的具体国情的基础上，提出我国地方银行应适时向混业经营模式发展，完善地方银行监管体系，增加金融安全性和效率性。在我国地方银行面临重大突破和变革的今天, 正确选择合适的地方银行经营模式，健全地方银行体系，协调我国区域经济金融发展，提高我国地方银行整体水平和竞争力。 关键词：地方银行；分业经营；混业经营；模式选择 Abstract As an important part of Chinas financial system,Provincial bank plays a significant role in the development of Chinas national economy and the financial industry. Under separated operation management mode in Chinas long-term, the provincial bank comes a series of urgent problems, such as the limitations of innovative financial instruments, local imbalance of economic and financial development, the loopholes of provincial bank system.These problems make our provincial banks not only can’t compete with Financial Clique on the international financial markets, but also can not even compete with the state-owned domestic banks and other financial institutions. On the basis of the provincial bank management mode that existing problems and China’s specific national conditions,the article project that provincial bank should be timely to transform from separated operation management mode to mix operation management mode, perfect the provincial banking regulatory system, increase the financial security and efficiency. At present, our provincial banks face a major breakthrough and reform to choose a correctly provincial bank management mode,improve the provincial bank system, coordinate regional economic and financial development and improve the overall level and competitive strength of our provincial banks.
