建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会调查研究 系 别：管理系 专业：工程管理 年级：2009 指导教师：高红 小组成员：郭昭君 贾之剑 王 婷 朱红艳 中文摘要 随着知识经济时代的到来，在这种社会变革过程中，许多教育观念都发生了变化。生存在这个时代的每一个人再也不能“一学永逸”了，必须要学会利用各种学习资源，学会终身学习，只有这样才能不断提高自己的素质，适应社会的发展，实现自己的人生价值。而当今在我国构建和谐社会过程中，人人树立终身学习的观念，唤起人们学习的意识，对于保障和谐社会发展的有序性、促进和谐社会运行的活力性、保障和谐社会价值的公平性都具有重要的意义。 面对这一新形势，顺应时代发展，党的十六大明确提出将“形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会，促进人的全面发展”列为全面建设小康社会的目标之一。从全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的要求和我国人力资源开发的历史机遇看，构建学习型社会是一个必然要求。树立终身学习的理念，是实现学习型社会的必然要求，是社会和谐发展的保障。 本课题以张家口市民为调查对象，并参照有关政府数据，调查问卷共发放五十份，回收五十份。问卷共设计题目二十一个，主要包括四个方面：一、被调查者基本情况；二、我国学校教育现状；三、我国社会文化构建情况；四、终身学习全民学习型社会下的企业社区家庭个人状况；五、终身学习的立法建议。 在基本了解我国全民学习终身学习的情况后，我们对全民学习终身学习的现状进行了一些认真的分析，并提出了一些较为合理的建议。 关键词 Abstract Along with the knowledge economy time arrival, transforms in the process in this kind of society, many education ideas have all had the change. But constructs in now the harmonious social process in our country, everybody sets up the lifelong study the idea, arouses consciousness which the people study, regarding the safeguard harmonious social development ordered nature, the promotion harmonious society movement vigor, safeguard harmonious social value fairness all has the vital significance.
