3D打印个体化模板在骨科手术中的应用 朱春冀 雷大林 刘应旭 崔家平 李梅烽 胡建邦 吴晓涵 云南省科技厅昆明医科大学应用基础研究联合专项资助 编号2014FZ061 【摘要】 目的 设计数字化，结合3D打印个体化导板并应用于骨科复杂手术，探讨导板及其设计对手术操作及术前规划的影响。 方法 选取2014年11月至2015年8月期间适合使用手术导板的25例复杂骨折患者，男21例，女14例；年龄6～67岁，平均22．7岁。骨盆骨折12例，股骨骨折5例 胫腓骨骨折4例，关节周围骨折3例 脊柱骨折1例 结果 25例患者均顺利完成术前个体化设计和3D打印手术操作。所有手术均按术前规划进行，导板模型成功配合术中操作， 结论 数字化结合3D打印个体化导板能模型满足手术的个体化需求，在手术中能够准确还原术前设计；不同3D打印模型对骨科复杂手术的指导意义重大，可以降低手术的难度，减少手术时间，可以在临床工作中推广。 【关键词】 骨科手术；3D打印技术；个体化；模型 3 D printing individualized template application in orthopedic surgery Yunnan province department of kunming medical university of applied basic research joint special fund number Zhu Chunji, LeiDaLin, Liu Yingxu ,Cui Jiaping, Li Meifeng ,Hu Jianbang , Wu Xiao-han 【 Abstract 】【Objective】 To digital design, combined with 3 d printing individualized guide and applied to the complex orthopedic surgery, explore the guide and the design of the influence of surgical operation and preoperative planning. 【 Method】 Selection in November 2014 to August 2015 is suitable for use during operation guide of 25 patients with fracture of complex, male 21 cases, female 14 cases; Aged 6 ~ 67, an average of 22.7 years. 12 cases of pelvis fracture, 5 cases with femoral fracture, 4 cases of tibiofibula fracture, 3 cases of articular fractures around ,1cases of spinal fracture .【Results 】25 patients were successfully completed preoperative individualized design and 3 d printing operation.
