我国粮食物流的现状分析 摘要：本文介绍了粮食物流发展现状与对策研究这一论题的选题背景与意义，目前已有的研究成果，我国粮食物流的发展状况，制约我国粮食物流发展的因素，我国粮食物流存在的问题及相应的对策研究。粮食物流是指粮食在生产收购、储存运输、加工和销售服务的整个过程中的实体运动以及在流通环节的一切增值活动。它包含粮食运输、仓储装卸、包装配送和信息应用，是一条完整的环节链。粮食物流在全社会物流中占有较大的比重，仅粮食运输和货物周转量在全国各类物资运量中就名列前茅。粮食运输是粮食物流中的关键环节，它关系着粮食物流系统的营运效率和经济效益。近年来，中国农业有了很大发展，已基本解决温饱，正在向全面建设小康社会发展。但是，中国也是一个人均耕地资源相当短缺的国家。我国政府审时度势，明确提出要“保护和提高粮食综合生产能力”，各级各部门围绕粮食安全问题提出了许多对策和措施，使粮食问题逐步得到应有的重视。 关键词：粮食物流；发展现状;对策研究 Abstract This article introduced the grain logistics development present situation and the countermeasure study this thesis the selected topic background and the significance, at present is existing the research results, our country grain logistics development condition, restricts our country grain logistics development the factor, our country grain logistics existence question and the corresponding countermeasure research. Aimed at Northeasts grain logistics development condition to conduct the related research specifically. The grain logistics is refers to the grain in the production purchase, the storage transportation, the processing and in the sales service entire process entity movement as well as is circulating links all increment activity. It contains the grain transport, warehousing loading and unloading, the packing allocation and the information application, is a complete link pitch chain. The grain logistics holds the great proportion in the entire social logistics , only the grain transport and the cargo volume of the circular flow are among the best in the national each kind of commodity transportation amount. The grain transport is in the grain logistics key link, it is relating the grain logistics systems transport business efficiency and the economic efficiency. In recent years, the Chinese agriculture had the very big development, the basic solution warm and sufficient condition, has been developing to the comprehensive construction affluent society.
