HUNAN UNIVERSITY 工程事故分析与对策 论 文 题 目： 塌方事故案例分析 学生姓名： 学生学号： 专业班级： 学院名称： 指导老师： 学院院长： 2012年12月 摘 要 本次论文的主要内容是通过分析一个工程事故实例来加深对本课程的了解，如何正确全面的分析一个工程事故以及提出相关的对策是我们在学完本课程后必须有所体会的内容。本文选取的是一个高速公路路基工程土塌方引起的人员伤亡事故，对此事故的发生过程、事故原因、结论教训以及预防对策都作了简短的分析。通过分析，我们应吸取事故教训，做好以下几方面的工作：切实加强建设工程安全生产监督管理；严格执法，严厉查处项目开发、设计、施工监理、安全、检测等各环节中存在的弄虚作假行为，严格查处违法分包、转包和挂靠等行为；严格建筑市场准入管理，完善建筑市场清出机制；依法监理，严格自律，认真履行监理职责；切实落实建筑施工企业的安全生产主体责任。 关键词：塌方事故、基槽支护、违法组织施工、事故责任、安全生产 Abstract The main content of this paper is through the analysis of an engineering accident examples to deepen the understanding of this course, how to comprehensive analysis of an engineering accident and puts forward some countermeasures is that we have learned this course must have the content of the experience.
