基于局限性分析的公路快速客运组织方式选择的建模研究( 彭 佳1 丛 颖2，，何杰1 （1.东南大学交通学院，江苏 南京 210096； 2.南通市规划编制研究中心， 江苏 南通 226006） 摘要：论文基于经济学原理，建立了反映公路快速直达客运运营效率的四个关键技术经济指标间的数学模型，结合对模型中相应参数的可行性求解分析，得出公路快速直达客运型组织方式存在的局限性。鉴于此局限性，提出枢纽集散运输与节点配载运输两种新型公路快速客运组织方式，并就新型组织方式的实施流程、运营效率、适用范围等方面开展深入研究。论文最后依据我国国情，提出公路快速客运组织方式的阶段性发展目标与运作模式，旨在实现多种组织方式的和谐发展及实载率、生产效率与服务水平等方面的提高与改进，最终达到优化公路快速客运系统的目的。 关键词：交通运营管理；公路快速客运；客运组织方式；直达快运；枢纽集散运输；节点配载运输 Modeling Research on transport organization methods choice of highway rapid passenger transport based on limitation analysis PENG Jia1 , CONG Ying2, , HE Jie1 (1. Nantong Urban Planning Research Center, Jiangsu Nantong, 226006,China;) Based on the principles of economics, this article established new types of mathematical model among four key technical and economical indexes of highway rapid passenger through transport. According to the research on the feasible solution to the associated parameters which were then compared to the actual value, there was some limitation in the existing transport organization method. In order to conquer that, we brought forward new methods. They were CD (Collecting and Distributing) Organization Method and Relay Organization Method. What’s more, we had a deep research on their feasibilities, operation flows, applicability fields, etc. At the end of this article, in order to fuse different organization methods, to increase the vehicles’ actual load rate, the transporting productivity and the service level, this paper suggested a three-stage development targets and operation model of the highway express passenger transportation system. Transportation operation; Highway rapid passenger transport; Organization method; Rapid through transport; CD (Collection and Distribution) Transportation; Relay Transportation 0 引言 公路快速客运系统是以对时间要求高的旅客为服务对象，以高速公路及运行条件良好的干线公路为基础，依托多层次、网络化的客运场站集散客流，使用速度快、档次高的车辆运送旅客，以GPS技术、移动通信技术以及计算机网络技术为支撑，通过科学有效的运输组织，保证一定的发车班次，实现旅客和信息安全、快捷、舒适、经济地运行的公路客
