The contract of Guangzhou Foreign Languages School Attached to Sun Yat-Sen University Employee: Employer: Guangzhou Huangpu Foreign language school attached to Sun Yat-sen University wishes to engage the service of Canadian RICHARD ANDERSON MICHAEL (Passport No BA610954 ) as foreign teacher The two parties, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to fulfill conscientiously all the obligations stipulated in it. 1. Duration This Agreement shall take effect on the Sep 1st, 2010, and shall remain in force until the Aug 31st, 2011, provided both parties agree. This Agreement is subject to the Foreigner Expert Permit to be finally issued by the Government. This contract can be amended by mutual agreement of both parties. 2.
