小儿复发性腹股沟斜疝分析及防治策略 吴华平 邱冬梅 张永川 四川省达州市中心医院普外科 摘要：目的 探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝复发原因及防治策略。方法：对我院2000年1月至2009年12月的53例复发性腹股沟疝临床资料做回顾性分析结果：按不同标准分别统计，其中首次手术所在医院等级：三级（10例），二级（25例），一级（18例）；手术者职称：住院医师（35例），主治医师（15例），副主任医师以上（3例）；患儿复发年龄阶段：6月～1岁（28例），1～2岁（13例），2岁以上（12例）；术后复发时间：术后3月（8例），3月至1年（40例），术后1年以上(5例);是否急诊:急诊(21例)，择期(32例）;性别:男性(52例)，女性(1例）。其中有4例滑疝存在。结论：小儿腹股沟斜疝术后复发原因与手术医院等级，手术者职称有一定关系，要重视疝囊的处理和腹横筋膜的修复。 关键词：小儿腹股沟斜疝 复发 腹横筋膜 疝囊 职称 The analysis and treatment for recurrent Oblique inguinal hernias in infants and children Wu Hua-ping Qiu Dong-mei Zhang Yong-chuan The department of general surgery of the central hospital of Da-zhou,Sichuan Abstract ：Objective The purpose of the present study was to investigate the cause of recurrent oblique inguinal hernias in infants and children and to explore the treatment for them . Methods To analyze the patients of recurrent oblique inguinal hernias in in our hospital between Jan,2000 and Dec,2009.Result to statistic the data after different standard in respective，the grade of the first operation: grade III （10）,grade II:（25）,grade I:（18）; professional title of operator: resident （35），attending physician （15），associate chief physician（3）；the age grades of Patients:6 months~12 months old (28),1~2 years old (13), more than 2 years old(12)；the time of recurrece：3 months after operation (8),3 months ~12 months (40),at least 1 years (5); emergency operation or not :yes(21),no(32);gender:male(52),female(1).4 cases of sliding hernia in all.Conclusion the causes of recurrent oblique inguinal hernial in infant and children may be related to be the grade of the hospital and the professional title of operator,the most important thing is to think highly of the treat for hernial sac and to recover the normal construction of endoabdominal fascia. Key Words Oblique inguinal hernia ，infants and children，recurrence，endoabdominal fascia，sac of hernia，professional title 小儿腹股沟斜疝是最常见的腹外疝，多为先天性因素导致，在人群和儿童中，其发病率居所有出生缺陷疾病第一位［1，2］，,儿童疝手术是小儿外科最常见的手术［3］，全球范
