福州仓山师大学生街观光商圈的调查与开发 摘要：“学生街”作为一种空间形式已经存在于国内各大高校周边地区,但是“学生街”的概念和名字在我国仍属于新的概念,本文试以湖南大学周边的“学生街”为例,从校园规划地域社会生活的新的视点分析其生成的原因和存在的意义,并指出它所存在的独特形式和含义,试图对校园规划等等相关规划的内容进行新的补充。 目前，高校周边环境越来越受到社会、城市以及高校的重视。校园商圈作为校园周边环境中最活跃的元素之一，其对高校周边环境有着举足轻重的影响。本文的研究有助于了解高校校园周边商圈的现状，认识高校校园商圈在大学生生活消费的影响，以及高校内外商业模式的互相影响。 本文以福州仓山师范的校园商圈为例，通过实地观察以及访谈的方法，从校园内部商业环境、校园外部商圈模式、学生消费行为三个方面进行研究，再同相对成熟的校园商圈进行对比，希望能对福州高校校园商圈设计规划提供建议和帮助。 大学校园商圈作为一种商业模式早已经存在于国内各大高校周边区域，但是以大学校园商圈为研究性的论文较少，这个概念在我国仍属于新的概念。但随着越来越来具有规模的大学城、高教园区的兴建，对于大学校园商圈如何规划和管理，以满足学生的消费行为将变得日益重要。 关键词：福州、大学生街、观光圈 Abstract: Student street as a form of space already exists in the surrounding areas of domestic colleges and universities, but the concept of student street and the name in our country still belongs to the new concept, this article tries to student street surrounding the hunan university as an example, from the regional social life of the new campus planning point of view, the author analyzes the reasons of its formation and the meaning of existence, and points out its unique form and meaning, of the contents of the campus planning and so on related planning for new additions.At present, the surrounding environment more and more get the attention of the society, city and colleges and universities.Campus business circle as one of the most active element in the campus surrounding environment, it has significant influence to the surrounding environment in colleges and universities.In this paper, the study will help understand the current situation of the college campus peripheral business circle, the university campus business circle, the influence of the college students life consumption and influence each other inside and outside the business model of colleges and universities.
