　　华中科技大学硕士学位论文　摘要　从上世纪 90年代初隐性采访在国内发展起来后，各大新闻媒体开始频繁使用这种特殊的采访手段。在我们看到隐性采访在舆论监督以及满足公众知情权等方面起到的显著作用时，我们也发现由于隐性采访采取了与人们公认的一些道德原则相冲突的采访手段，常常引发诸如侵犯个人隐私、媒体公信度下降等一些道德问题，因而隐性采访就陷入了一种道德两难的困境。本文认为，尽管隐性采访存在道德困境，但这并不能成为我们放弃隐性采访的理由，因为隐性采访合理性的一面是不容忽视的。其实走出伦理困境是一个道德抉择问题，本文试图通过对法律法规的健全以及记者自身道德修养的提升，在合理的框架和模式下对困境做出分析，从而做出正确的而且“善”的抉择。全文主要分为三个部分：第一部分从隐性采访的基本概念出发，介绍了隐形采访在中西方的发展历程，接着阐述了隐性采访的定义和正负功能；第二部分首先探讨了道德困境的定义及其分类，接着细致介绍了隐性采访的三个伦理困境，即社会公共利益和少部分人利益之间的困境、目的正当性和手段的正当性之间的困境以及记者职业道德与社会责任之间的困境，然后又从这三个伦理困境出发，用不同的哲学理论对这些困境进行了具体的分析；第三部分探讨如何走出伦理困境的问题，笔者首先介绍了道德抉择的基本方法，其次分析了三种解决道德困境的基本框架，即博克模式、波特方格和洋葱模式，接着笔者讨论了法律法规的健全以及道德修养的提升对记者走出隐性采访中伦理困境的作用，最后根据道德抉择的基本方法和基本框架，笔者提出了解决隐性采访中三个伦理困境的可行性方案。关键词：隐性采访伦理困境道德抉择善Ｉ　　华中科技大学硕士学位论文　AbstractThe covert coverage developed in the early 1990s, and from then, many news mediaagencies begin to use this specia l news-gathering method. When we see the effective functionin public supervisory and the meeting of the right to know the truth out of the covert coverage,we also find that the covert coverage is a method of interview which has conflicts forprinciples with the one which are accepted by public, it always cause the things such as aninfringement of privacy and the decline on the morality of media, so the covert coverage isfell into an ethical dilemma. The paper is pointed out that we can not abandon the covertcoverage because of the ethical dilemma, which also have a reasonable aspect. In fact, theway to get out of the ethical dilemma is a question about ethical choice.
