电力系统基建工程中 项目管理软件的设计与实现 重庆大学工程硕士学位论文 学生姓名：王 锐 指导教师：郑连清 重庆大学 软件学院 二O一年月Design and implementation of infrastructure projects in the power system of project management software A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fufillment of the Requirement for the Degree of Master of Engineering By Wang Rui Supervised by Zheng Lianqing Specialty: Software Engineering College of Electrical Engineering of Chongqing University, Chongqing, China May 2014  摘 要 随着当前电网企业建设“统一坚强智能电网”的战略目标的提出，便对现时的电网基建管理工作提出更进一步的要求。为进一步规范电网基建管理模式，推行基建标准化建设，提升公司电网基建管理水平，国家电网公司制定了《国家电网公司基建标准化管理规定》。 电网企业里面的项目管理模块在电网基建业务里面对于安全、质量、造价控制、技术以及进度的管理等各方面的应用性相对较差，已经难以满足基建标准化建设需求，为此，电网企业提出了急需要构建辅助系统以实现规范化、标准化管理。 本文以甘肃电力企业作为研究对象，介绍了甘肃电力企业的现状及特点、需要处理的问题；继而阐述了甘肃电力企业构件辅助系统所需要解决的主要问题（包括性能需求、功能需求以及甘肃电力公司基建业务主要流程）；然后介绍这一系统的相关技术特点以及系统设计模块。继而提出了软件设计的目标和原则、架构、设计思路等。最后确定在技术上面，以项目管理、安全管理、质量管理、造价管理以及技术管理五大业务需求作为设计对象。最后，总结了软件在甘肃电力公司中基建工程项目管理中的实际应用情况并对实施效果进行了分析。 关键词：基建管控系统　项目管理 电力系统  ABSTRACT With the construction of the grid with the current enterprise that unified strong and smart grid strategic objectives will be on the existing grid Infrastructure management -made? further demands.
