术前心理干预在全身麻醉中应用的研究 邢 学 宁 [摘要] 目的 探讨术前心理干预在减轻全身麻醉患者围术期应激反应的效用。方法 选取120例全麻下择期经腹腔镜胆囊切除的患者，随机分为对照组（n=60）和干预组（n=60）;对照组行常规术前访视，干预组实施心理干预，观察患者术前一天焦虑自评量表（SAS）、焦虑状态询问表（SA-I）评分、血压（BP））））））））））undergoing selective operation [Abstract] Objective To explore the effects ofpreoperative psychological intervention on reducing stress reaction of patients under general anesthesia undergoing selective operation.Method In this study, 120 laparospic patients under general anesthesia undergoing selective operation were investigated and allocated randomly to two groups:the control group(n=60) received preoperative interview routinely,and the intervened group(n=60) received preoperative psychologic intervention. Record data as follows:the scores of SAS and SA-I,Blood Pressure Heart Rate of patients on the day before operating day; Blood pressure and Heart Rate of patients when they went into operating rooms;the scores of SA-I, Blood Pressure and Heart Rate patients on the first day after the operating day; the scores of SAS and SA-I,Blood Pressure and Heart Rate of patients a week later.Results There were no significant differences in the SA-I scores of patients on the day before operations and the Systolic Blood Pressure of patients before the operating day. The SA-I scores of the intervened group on the first day after the operating day are lower than the control group’s(p0.05).The Systolic Blood Pressure of patients of the intervened group patients when they went into operating rooms are lower than the control group’s(p0.05).Conclusion Peoperative psychological intervention have some beneficial effects on reducing patients’anxiety and cardiovascular responses produced by the stress.
