先进制造技术论文 二级学院： 经济管理学院 班 级： 08营 学 号： 姓 名： 张瑞琳 智能制造系统的发展 The Development of Intelligent Manufacturing System 班级：08营 姓名：张瑞琳 学号摘要：日益发展的计算机技术、信息技术、自动化技术与传统的制造技术相结合,形成了先进制造技术概念。国际贸易的发展加速了各国的交流，大规模的合作日益增多使得国际间高新技术领域的竞争越来越激烈，在制造信息爆炸性增长以及信息处理工作量猛增的同时，智能制造系统在传统制造技术、计算机技术与科学及AI等的基础上发展起来，成为21世纪制造业赖以发展的基本轨道，为各国先进制造技术的发展方向指明了道路。中外各国越来越多的专家学者也都陆续开展了对于智能制造系统的发展、应用等的研究，一些著名的研究报告与论文相继面世，解除了人们对于智能制造系统的疑惑。与此同时，更多的问题也暴露出来，主要集中在技术方面、人力方面和经济方面，另外，智能制造系统也会使得发达国家不再依赖于发展中国家的廉价劳动力。与发达国家相比较，我国在各方面都处于劣势。因此，要想在日益激烈的国际竞争中占得一席之位，我国应当系统深入地开展IMTIMS的基础理论研究和现有加工单元技术与机器设备的智能自动化研究，特别是开发出具有自身特色的IMS(即能实现高精度、易操作和24h无人管理的柔性制造系统),以满足我国制造业日益发展的需要，形成我们相对于发达国家的竞争优势。 关键词：智能制造系统 智能制造技术 发展 集成化 智能化 Abstract: Increasing development of computer and information technology, automation technology and traditional manufacturing technology should be combined to form the advanced manufacturing technology concepts. The development of international trade accelerated the national communication; large-scale cooperation increasing makes international high-tech fields of the increasingly fierce competition. The explosive growth in manufacturing information and information processing workload soared at the same time, intelligent manufacturing system in traditional manufacturing technology, computer technology and science and AI etc developed on the basis of manufacturing, into the 21st century, the development of basic on track for countries of advanced manufacturing technology development direction points the way.
