蚌埠市中学生体育兴趣缺乏原因的分析与对策 06级体育教育专业:王朝晖 摘要：自身身体素质的限制受中国传统文化的影响教材的内容和课时安排上存在着问题但如果学生对参加体育活动有了兴趣，他们就会把学习与体育锻炼作为自身的需要，积极参与体育活动，克服主观困难，以利于提高体育教学质量和养成良好的体育锻炼习惯能够为广大体育教师寻找学生缺乏体育兴趣的原因提供参考，同时对于采取有效措施激发和培养学生的体育兴趣，调动学生在体育课或体育活动中的积极主动性具有一定的意义。 关键词：中学生 体育兴趣Wang Zhao Hui Physical Education College,Huaibei Coal Industry Teachers College Abstract: In the middle school physical education, some students often do not take the initiative of physical education , they are lack of Enthusiasm toward the teacher’s arranged practice, multi-use deal with attitude. This is a big obstacle for improving physical education and cultivating All-round talent., There are many reasons for this situation, but the main is that the students lack of interest in sports, and they can’t take physical exercise consciously . As the saying goes: Interest is the best teacher. Shows that inspire and develop students interest in learning can promote students voluntarily participate in physical exercise habits. The importance of Interest in physical education and the student’s habits of consciously participate in physical exercise are the direct reasons of make the students became the beneficiary for life of physical education . Key words: Middle school student; youth; sports interest; culture; lifelong physical education; the reasons of shortage; excitation; analysis; Strategy 1．引言：兴趣是个人对客体的选择性态度，这种态度导致积极地探究事物，获得某种知识或者与某种活动的倾向，兴趣与情感有密切的关系，在对某种活动有兴趣并积极置身于其中时，总伴随着愉快的情感体验。德国教育家第斯惠说过：教学艺术的本质不在于传授本领，而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。兴趣是最好的老师，学生学习兴趣，直接影响学生的学习行为和效果。学生能否通过体育与健康的学习，形成体育爱好和锻炼习惯，兴趣发挥着重要的作用。中学阶段是学生生长发育、个性形成的重要时期，也是学生体育兴趣形成的关键时期，那么中学生 2.1研究对象 随机抽取市第中学、第中学、中学共名学生（其中男生名，女生名），收回有效问卷份。 2.2．1文献资料法 查阅了大量与本课题相关的文献资料，在研究过程中引用近年来关于中学生缺乏体育兴趣培养的研究成果。 2.2．2问卷调查法 制定研究问卷《关于蚌埠市中学生体育兴趣原因的问卷调查》对蚌埠市第一中学、第二中学、铁路中学学生进行调查。依据调查结果，分析蚌埠市中学生体育兴趣缺乏的原因。采用现场填表回收方法，共发放调查 问卷160份，回收150份，回收率98%，剔除无效问卷10份，有效率为97%。由于，本次调查对象是上述各中学学生，而且是一次针对中学生随机进行的调查活动且不记名方式,半个月后又进行了重测, 从前后两次的问卷调查情况进行比较,效度达到了97%, 所以答卷的可信度还是很高的。 2.3研究结果与分析 2.3．1学生对体育活动乏兴趣的原因（见表1）
