论我国中小企业集群国际竞争力的提升 摘要:20世纪80年代初，企业集群开始兴盛和发展起来，并逐渐显示出特有的竞争优势。如今，集群模式己成为中小企业参与国际竞争的一条重要途径，中小企业集群的国际竞争力问题也日益受到学术界和政府的广泛关注。改革开放以后，我国浙江、广东及江苏等地也出现了一批极具竞争力的中小企业集群，对促进当地乃至整个国民经济的发展都做出了重要贡献。但由于我国中小企业集群发展时间较短，没有形成坚实稳固的竞争优势，因而国际竞争力不强。因此，有必要在透彻分析企业集群竞争优势形成机制的基础上，针对我国中小企业集群现存问题，以充分发挥集群竞争优势为途径，提出相应的对策建议，从而有效提升我国集群的国际竞争力。论文在介绍了我国中小企业集群现状，分析了我国集群发展过程中存在的竞争优势缺失问题，并从四个竞争优势出发，就如何发挥这些集群竞争优势，从而有效提升我国中小企业集群的国际竞争力提出相应的对策措施;最后，总结全文，得出结论。 关键词:中小企业 集群竞争优势 国际竞争力 Abstrset: The early 1980s, businesses began to flourish and develop clusters, and becomes a unique competitive advantage. Today, the cluster model for SMEs to participate in international competition has become an important way, the international competitiveness of SME clusters growing problem in academia and government attention Reform and opening up, Chinas Zhejiang, Guangdong and Jiangsu and there have been a number of competitive clusters of SMEs, to promote the development of local economy as a whole have made ??important contributions. Therefore, it is necessary to a thorough analysis of business clusters in competitive advantage based on the formation mechanism for the existing problems of SME clusters in order to give full play to competitive advantage for the cluster approach, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to effectively enhance our international competitiveness of the cluster. In our paper describes the status of SME clusters, cluster analysis of the development process of Chinas competitive advantages that exist in absence of problems, and from four competitive advantages, on how to play competitive advantages of these clusters, so as to effectively enhance the international competitiveness of SME clusters force the corresponding countermeasures; Finally, some concluding remarks to a conclusion.
