(一)连锁超市的含义和特征
连锁超市指的是一个商业集团以同样的方式、同样的价格,在多处同样命名(超级市场的装修甚至商品的陈列也都差不多)的超级市场里,出售品种都相同的商品,这种同时经营的超级市场就被称为连锁超市。它是零售业态的一种,以“销售价格低廉顾客自我服务”赢得消费者的欢迎,由多个以上的门店组成,实行规范化管理,做到统一订货,集中合理配送,统一结算,实行采购与销售职能分离的经营形式。连锁超市以连锁制为轴心,广布的门店为市场依托,中央采购制
