湿地论文：浅谈我国湿地的保护与开发 【中文摘要】湿地在生态方面拥有着具体大的功能和效益,湿地是自然界中最富有生物多样性的生态系统之一,在国际上一般将它与森林和海洋一同称为全球的三大生态系统。本文将对对我国湿地的特点、分类、现状及保护与开发做概括性总结,并在此基础上对我国西部地区湿地保护和开发现状进行深入研究,并对如何解决湿地保护和开发中存在的问题进行探索目前而言,由于我国的疆域广阔,其他气象、地理等综合情况复杂等原因,我国的湿地资源也相应的呈现数量多,种类丰富的现象。虽然从整体来看,我国的湿地资源十分丰富,但是,随之人们对于湿地资源的无休止的破坏性的开发,以及人们对于湿地资源保护认识上的不足,在各个方面对湿地资源的保护力度不够,导致了我国湿地面临着整体状况逐渐恶化的严重趋势。虽然我国针对湿地的保护已经采取了一系列的措施,但是我国的湿地保护和开发工作在各方面来讲做的还不是很到位,民众普遍对湿地的保护和开发认识存在片面性,对湿地保护的重要意义认识不深刻。我国西部地区对湿地的开发仍停留在掠夺式开发的模式,同时还存在保护和开发的各类法制体系不完善、管理制度不健全、资金投入少等问题,要有效解决这些问题,湿地开发必须坚持依法开发、适度、可持续原则,同时就必须加强湿地立法及开发模式等重点方面的工作。 【英文摘要】Wetland has specific ecological functions and benefits, natural wetlands are the richest biological diversity of ecosystems, Wetlands are one of three global ecological systems. This article will feature on our wetlands, classification, protection and development situation and make general summary, and make a depth study of the current situation in wetland protection and development of western China, and explore issues for how to solve the existing problems of wetland protection and development.Now, due to China抯 vast territory, and other integrated and complex reasons as meteorological and geographical conditions, the wetland resources of the presentation of the corresponding quantity, wide variety of phenomena. While on the whole, China抯 wetland resources are very rich, but people for wetland resources along the endless destructive development, people do not recognize the deficiencies in all aspects of the protection of wetland resources, the efforts in protection of wetland resources is not enough ,resulting in face of the overall state of the wetland serious deteriorating trend.
