200m3/D屠宰废水处理 200T/D Slaughter Sewage Treatment Design scheme MBR工艺方案 青岛伊美环境工程有限公司 2013.11.23 第一章 Project General situation1.1 Sewage Source: Sewage mainly from washing pig water before slaughter, washing water of slaughter pork and visceral, cleaning water of slaughter equipment and site etc, sewage centralize discharge out in production. 1.2 Sewage water volume and quality characteristic According to provided data, the discharge total sewage volume in each technics processing is 10m3/h, which mainly contain Blood、 grease、 dogmeat、 bone slag、 wool and feces etc, sewage color present maroon, with strong fishiness smell. Slaughter sewage characteristic: organic suspended solids content is high, easy to corrupt, discharge into water which will consume dissolved oxygen in water, destroy ecological system, pollute environment. now, we plan to dispose slaughter sewage, require effluent water reach《Meat processing industrial water pollution discharge standards》.Recommend the following scheme for reference. 二、Design Basis2.1 Design Basis 2.1.1 Construction Project Environmental Projection management method (26th,Mar,1986.
