压模标准件库AUTOLISP毕业设计.doc

摘 要 如今世界全球化进程加快，和经济的快速发展，的需求更加多元，那么的更新速度势必要加快的背景下，，显得关键AutoCAD2014的二次开发工具AutoLISP 开发“冲压标准件库”，将形状相似、尺寸不一样的零件进行合理分类，对其中各个点所存在的位置关系进行有效分析，并配备变量标识尺寸，科学运用程序驱动，以此来促使参数化图库的创建。合理运用AutoLISP语言，进而对AutoCAD进行再次开发，主要目的在于对模具零件进行参数化程序方面的有效编制，如此一来，才能够增强设计的质量，此外，还能够减轻相对应的劳动强度。经实例验证，本文开发的注塑模标准件库系统运行稳定，界面友好、操作简便，具有良好的实用性与可扩充性。 关键词：AutoCAD； AutoLISP；二次开发；参数化设计 Abstract Along with the social economy and industrial production of rapid development, social demand growth and product update, the society objectively requires designers to shorten the mould design cycle and to improve the speed of mould design. When mould designers are in the mould structure parts design, the first consideration is to select standard parts as far as possible,Only when it can not meet the design requirement, we start to consider the non-standard structural parts. Normally, completely innovative structure parts accounted for only mould structure design of 10% parts.Therefore, the standardization design of the die,the establishment and the use of standard die-parts base is more important for the plastic die design. In the plastic mould design, involving lots of standard parts, Each standard part has a large amount of data, so drawing standard parts is actually a repetitive labor. For this, the use of AutoCAD2009 secondary development tools VisualLISP to develop “Plastic Standard Die-parts Base” will sort different parts of the similar shape and size, Through analysis of the relationship between the various points to give the variables size, useing Process-driven, we can establish parametric base. The usage of AutoLISP language mainly is for secondary development of mould parts for parametric programming, to improve the design quality, reduce the design time and reduce labor intensity. The example shows that this standard parts base of injection molding system has a good stability and friendly interface, easy operation, and good practicability and extensibility.
