Network marketing has created enough space for household electrical appliances enterprises to develop. As the leader in home appliance retail, Suning Appliance has been extremely strong under the detailed before and after careful advance strategy and supporting the implementation of synchronized development strategy in the noisy bustling home appliance chain in the industry. However, the Internet is after all a virtual world and the competition among home appliance giants is intense, the development of Suning Appliance Network Marketing inevitably faces some problems.
This paper studies the development as well as the strategy of network marketing of Suning Appliance under the analysis of the present situation of the development of home appliance industry on network marketing, and the paper will discuss the problems appeared during the improving process objectively. Main problems are reflected in the credit system to be improved, with competition heating up, the channel, the online sales of knowledge, online and offline product range and pricing and so on
