预见性护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者院内感染发生率的影响因素分析 刘娜 山东省枣庄市立医院 外科 摘要：目的：探讨预见性护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者院内感染发生率的影响因素。方法：选取2012年1月到2014年1月于我院就诊的对糖尿病肾病患者共70例，回顾性分析70例患者临床资料，观察患者院内感染发生率，给予积极的护理干预。结果：①70例患者院内感染患者38例，院内感染发生率为54.29%，其中呼吸道感染患者15例，占39.47%，血液通路感染20例占52.63%，3例为其他感染，占7.89%。结论：临床上在治疗糖尿病肾病时，给予糖尿病患者血液透析治疗，易引发患者局部感染，为了降低院内感染发生率，应该给予患者积极地护理，提高患者预后质量，改善患者生活水平，护理干预值得在临床上大力推广和应用。 关键词：预见性护理；糖尿病肾病；血液透析；院内感染；影响 Predictive nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis the influence factors of nosocomial infection incidence analysis Abstract: Objective: To investigate the predictive nursing of diabetic nephropathy the factors affecting the incidence of nosocomial infection of hemodialysis patients. Methods: from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital for a total of 70 patients with diabetic nephropathy, and clinical data of 70 patients were retrospectively analyzed, to observe the incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with, to give active nursing intervention. Conclusion: clinically in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, diabetic patients blood dialysis treatment, easy cause local infection patients, in order to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection, should give actively care patients, improve the quality of the prognosis of patients, improve living standard, the nursing intervention is worth promoting and application in clinic.
