七 情The Seven Emotions 学习内容:The Content 七情的基本概念 (The Implication of the Seven Emotions) 七情与脏腑气血的关系 (The Relationship between Seven Emotions and the Viscera Qi and Blood ) 七情致病的特点 (Pathogenic Characteristic of Seven Emotions ) 一.七情的基本概念(The Implication of the Seven Emotions) “七情”即喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊七种情志变化。 (The seven emotions refer to joy, anger, anxiety, thinking, sorrow, fear and fright.) 二. 七情与脏腑气血的关系：(The relationship between Seven Emotions and the Viscera Qi and Blood ) (the SuWen states: “Man has five viscera which may bring on five moods to produce joy，anger，sorrow, anxiety and fear.”) 五脏主五志 (The Five Viscera Governing the Five Emotions) 脏腑 七情 Viscera Seven Emotions 引起 bring to 三.七情致病的特点  (The Pathogenic Characteristic of Seven Emotions) 1.七情皆从心而发(All the Emotional Responses Originating from the Heart ) 心主神志，为五脏六腑之大主。 (The heart controls mental activities, and is the arch-governor of the five Zang organs and six Fu organs. ) 2.直接伤及内脏(Directly Impairing the Internal Organ) 恐伤肾(Fear Impairs the Kidney) 3.影响脏腑气机(Affecting the Functional Activities of the Visceral Qi) 怒则气上 (Anger Drives Qi to Flow Upward) 悲则气消 (Sorrow consumes Qi) 惊则气乱 (Fright Disorders Qi) 喜则气缓 (Joy Makes Qi Sluggish) 恐则气下 (Fear Drives Qi to Flow Downward) 思则气结 (Thinking Stagnates Qi) 4.多发为情志病(Often Causing Emotional Diseases) 症状以情志异常的表现为主，如郁 病、脏燥、失眠、惊悸、癫狂等。 5.影响病势变化 (Affecting the State of Illness) 在许多疾病的过程中，病情常因较剧烈的情绪波动而恶化。(In the course of many diseases, the state of illness often deteriorates as the result of sever fluctuation of the patients’ moods of emotions.)  谢 谢！Thank You! * * “人有五脏化五气，以生喜、怒、悲、忧、恐。 ” ----《素问·阴阳应象大论》  心主喜(The Heart Governs Joy) 肝主怒 (The Liver Governs Anger) 脾主思(The Spleen Governs Thinking) 肺主悲(The Lung Governs Sorrow) 肾主恐(The Kidney Governs Fear) 损伤 impair 脏腑气血与七情之间的 相互作用 (Interaction between Visce
