The project is mainly composed of one AQC boiler, one PH-A1 boiler, one PH-A2 boiler, one PH-N boiler, one Turbine Generator Set and outdoor steam/water piping. For the smoothing proceeding of gas duct and civil steel structure installation work, we prepared this method statement to ensure the safety. Main works are: PH-A2 boiler(without steam drum) outlet gas duct lifting; PH-A2 boiler(without steam drum) inlet gas duct lifting; PH-A1 boiler(with steam drum) outlet gas duct lifting; PH-A1 boiler(with steam drum) gas inlet lifting; PH-N boiler(with steam drum) outlet gas duct lifting; PH-N boiler(with steam drum) inlet gas duct lifting; Grate Cooler to pre-duster gas duct lifting; Pre-duster to AQC boiler gas duct lifting; AQC boiler outlet gas duct lifting; Grate Cooler to Kiln head electrical precipitator inlet gas duct lifting; Installation Principle Considering the big amount of gas duct, many of them are intercrossed, we will follow principle: Inside First outside Second, Bottom First Top second. In case of having to open a hole on the old gas duct or cut off, the existing gas duct will be temporarily fixed before lifting and installation. Installation Method Kiln Tail ( Pre-heater Tower) Gas Duct and Support Installation Lifting procedure a. For PH-N boiler gas duct and its support, Pre-heater Tower civil steel structure and PH-A1/2 boiler support do not cross each other, so they can be lifted in advance. b.
