本科毕业论文（设计） 教务处制 安徽新华学院本科毕业论文（设计）独创承诺书 本人按照毕业论文（设计）进度计划积极开展实验（调查）研究活动，实事求是地做好实验（调查）记录，所呈交的毕业论文（设计）是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。据我所知，除文中特别加以标注引用参考文献资料外，论文（设计）中所有数据均为自己研究成果，不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果。与我一同工作的同志对本研究所做的工作已在论文中作了明确说明并表示谢意。 毕业论文（设计）作者签名： 日期： 中国企业走出去战略研究 摘 要 20世纪90年代以来，国际与国内经济形式都发生了一系列重大的变化，这些变化引起了我国对外直接投资的思考。在改革开放之后我国企业实施“走出去”的步伐逐步加快，但是我国企业在“走出去”的时候却遇到了许多阻碍性的问题。国内理论界也对这一问题提出了相应的探讨，提出了中国企业走出去的必然性，目的性和该怎么走出去。本文在对中国企业的走出去做出了简单的介绍的基础上研究了中国企业走出去面临的机遇和挑战，并且针对这些挑战做出了相应的解决对策。最后通过这一研究总结出我国该如何去进一步提升自身能力来应对以后中国企业走出去带来的问题，怎么样去更好的解决这些问题。通过这样的努力才能促进我国“引进来”与“走出去”战略相结合更好的促进中国企业的发展。 关键词：经济形式；走出去；机遇和挑战；企业发展Chinese enterprises going out strategy research Abstract Since the 1990 s, the international and domestic economic situation have taken place in a series of major changes, these changes cause the thinking of Chinas outward foreign direct investment. After the reform and opening up our country enterprise implementation of going out pace gradually accelerated, but Chinas enterprises in going out when it encountered many problems impeding. Domestic scholars also proposed the corresponding discussion on this issue, and put forward the necessity of Chinese enterprises to go out, purpose and how to get out. Based on Chinese enterprises to go out to make a simple introduction on the basis of the research on the opportunities and challenges facing the Chinese enterprises to go out, and make the corresponding countermeasures to solve these challenges. Finally, this research summarizes our country how to further enhance their own ability to deal with problems with Chinese enterprises to go out later, how to better solve these problems. Through such efforts can promote our country introduced to combined with the strategy of going out to better promote the development of Chinese enterprises.
