Employee should gather thoughts and any supporting information on each area prior to the meeting ready to discuss with the line manager. Employee’s objectives are intended to help us all work towards achieving our company vision and business goals. Each objective should be smart (specific, measurable, relevant and time bound). Use additional pages if required. Employee should complete the ‘Employee ‘section prior to the meeting with the line manage and send this form to the line manager, who will use it as the basis for discussion. In addition to filling in the ‘line manager’ section, the line manager will also invite the employee to discuss the different points of view expressed in the Form. The discussion results will then be form as the conclusion of the dialogue.
