伊托必利联合复方阿嗪米特治疗胆囊切除术后功能性消化不良的疗效分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.18 　　摘 要 目的：探讨伊托必利联合复方阿嗪米特治疗胆囊切除术后功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：2009年2月-2014年2月收治胆囊切除术后功能性消化不良患者88例，随机分为治疗组与对照组各44例，对比分析两组在用药前后的临床症状改善情况和时间，观察出现不良反应的现象。结果：两组在接受治疗前的临床症状差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。两组在接受1个疗程治疗后，治疗组临床症状积分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组患者在治疗4周后的临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：伊托必利联合复方阿嗪米特治疗胆囊切除术后功能性消化不良具有良好的临床效果，值得在临床治疗中应用。 　　关键词 伊托必利 复方阿嗪米特 胆囊切除术 功能性消化不良 临床疗效 　　The analysis of the curative effect of itopride hydrochloride combined with compound azintamide in treatment of functional dyspepsia after cholecystectomy 　　Chen Zhenya 　　Department of general surgery，Yuanqiang Center Hospital of Taihe County，Anhui 236642 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the curative effect of itopride hydrochloride combined with compound azintamide in treatment of functional dyspepsia after cholecystectomy.Methods：88 cases with functional dyspepsia after cholecystectomy were selected from February 2009 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 44 cases in each.Compare the situation and time of clinical symptoms improved in two groups before and after the treatment，and observe whether the adverse reactions occure.Results：Clinical symptoms in the two groups had no significant difference before clinical treatment，P0.05.Clinical symptoms score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after one course of treatment，and there was significant difference，P0.05.After 4 weeks of the treatment，the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group，and there was significant difference，P0.05.Conclusion：Itopride hydrochloride combined with compound azintamide in treatment of functional dyspepsia after cholecystectomy had a good clinical efficacy，so it is worthy of clinical application. 　　Key words Itopride hydrochloride；Compound azintamide；Cholecystectomy；Functional dyspepsia；Clinical effct 　　胆结石疾病是临床中较为常见的疾病之一，具有较高
