光纤热塑联合软组织填充在鼻唇沟整形中的应用 　　[摘要]背景：鼻唇沟是面中部老化过程中的突出表现之一，目前软组织填充材料是改善鼻唇沟的常用手段。40岁以上人群鼻唇沟加深最为明显，但此时往往伴有鼻唇沟外上方软组织松弛，以及脂肪堆积下垂。单独如果填充材料往往不能获得满意效果。目的：本研究探索光纤热塑联合软组织填充在改善重度和极重度鼻唇沟中的应用。方法：对20例鼻唇沟患者进行光纤热塑联合瑞兰2号透明质酸填充治疗，先以瑞兰对鼻唇沟进行填充，在使用25G针头穿刺皮肤获得激光光纤入路，对鼻唇沟外上方皮下脂肪及局部组织进行光热塑形。结果：从2013年1月到9月，行光纤热塑联合瑞兰鼻唇沟整形20例，手术创伤小，不良反应少，恢复时间短。随访3个月，20例重度和极重度鼻唇沟患者获得明显改善。结论：光纤热塑和软组织填充技术的联合应用可以改善鼻唇沟形态、缩小鼻唇沟外上方组织量并收紧局部皮肤，特别适用于重度和极重度鼻唇沟患者。 　　[关键词]光纤热塑；软组织填充；鼻唇沟整形 　　[中图分类号]R622[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2014）06-0431-03 　　 　　Laser fiber thermoplasty combined with fillers in treating nasolabial Fold 　　ZHENG Xu-dong1,2,LIU Da-lie1,MAI Yue2 　　（1.Department of Plastic Surgery,Zhujiang Hospital of The Southern Medical University,Guangzhou 510515,Guangdong,China;2.Department of Skin Cosmetology,Sun Hospital of Dalian Medical University) 　　 　　Abstract:BackgroundNasolabial fold is one of the highlights of midface aging process. The soft tissue filler is a common means to improve nasolabial fold. Nasolabial fold becomes more and more deep in people over 40. Meanwhile,the soft tissue over the nasolabial fold also become more and more loose,and the local fat accumulates and prolapses. Only filler treatment can not achieve a satisfactory effect.ObjectiveThis study explored the application of fiber thermoplasty combined with soft tissue filling in improving the severe and extreme severe nasolabial fold.MethodsTwenty patients with nasolabial fold underwent the fiber thermoplasty combined with Restylane filling treatment. We did the filler injection for nasolabial fold first.Then we penetrated local skin using 25G needle to let the fiber enter the subcutenous tissue.The laser energy made effect on local tissue above the nasolabial fold.Results From January 2013 to September, the joint treatment of fiber thermoplasty and restylane were made in 20 patients.
