厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床价值分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.20 　　摘 要 目的：探讨2型糖尿病合并高血压采用厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平治疗的临床价值，分析临床治疗的方法和对策。方法：2011年1月-2013年1月收治2型糖尿病合并高血压患者60例，随机分为厄贝沙坦组和联合治疗组各30例。对厄贝沙坦组给予厄贝沙坦药物治疗，对联合治疗组给予厄贝沙坦和氨氯地平联合治疗，观察和分析两组的治疗效果。结果：联合治疗组有效23例（76.67%），无效5例（16.67%），不良反应2例（6.67%）；厄贝沙坦组有效16例（53.33%），无效10例（33.33%），不良反应4例（13.33%）；两组对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压临床疗效较高，安全性能好，降压时间长，值得继续研究和完善。 　　关键词 2型糖尿病合并高血压 厄贝沙坦 氨氯地平 临床价值分析 　　Clinical value of irbesartan and amlodipine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension 　　Gou Xiaohu1，Shen Li2 　　The First Department of Internal Medicine，the first peoples Hospital of Kang County，Gansu 7465001 　　Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Kang County，Gansu 7465002 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical value of irbesartan and amlodipine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension，and analyze the countermeasures of clinical treatment.Methods：60 cases with type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension were selected from January 2011 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into the irbesartan group and the combined therapy group with 30 cases in each.The irbesartan group patients were given irbesartan.The combined treatment group were given irbesartan and amlodipine combined treatment.We observed and analyzed the curative effect of two groups.Results：In the treatment group， 23 cases（76.67%） were effective，5 cases were invalid（16.67%），and 2 cases had adverse reactions（6.67%）.In the irbesartan group，16 cases（53.33%） were effective，10 cases were invalid （33.33%），and 4 cases had adverse reactions（13.33%）.The differences of the two group was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Irbesartan and amlodipine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and hypertension have good curative effect，good safety performance，and short time，so it is worth to continue to study and improve the quality of clinical treatment. 　　Key words Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated
