化疗联合放疗治疗原发中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤的临床效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨化疗联合放疗治疗原发中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤的临床效果。 方法 选取2011年11月～2013年11月本院收治的原发中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤患者68例，将其随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各34例。治疗组采用化疗联合放疗方式，对照组采用放疗方法。 结果 治疗组的显效率、总有效率分别为58.83%（20/34），88.24%（30/34），对照组分别为41.18%（14/34），70.59%（24/34），两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 化疗联合放疗治疗原发中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤取得较好的临床效果，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 化疗联合放疗；原发中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R730.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）08（a）-0035-02 　　Clinical effect observation of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy treating primary central nervous system germ cell tumors 　　LIU Zi-hou1 ZHAO Jing-hong2 JIANG Zhi-lan2 ZHANG Ji-wei1 　　1.Department of Cerebral Surgery，Tumor Hospital of Jilin Province，Changchun 130012，China；2.Tumor Hospital of Jilin Province，Changchun 130012，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy treating primary central nervous system germ cell tumors. Methods 68 patients with primary central nervous system germ cell tumors from November 2011 to November 2013 treated in our hospital was divided into the treatment group and the control group，and there were 34 cases in each group.Chemotherapy combined radiotherapy was taken in the treatment group， and the control group for radiation treatment.
