唇腭裂孤儿术后心理护理对语音治疗的影响和作用研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究唇腭裂孤儿术后心理护理对语音治疗的影响和作用。 方法 选取2010年1～12月福利院内唇腭裂修复术后3～9岁、智力正常孤儿36例，对其实施心理护理及心理社会支持、语言康复指导，对训练前后的鼻漏气和语音清晰度进行测评。 结果 鼻漏气率由治疗前的42.8%降低到治疗后的18.1%，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。语音清晰度明显提高，语音达到正常水平的有11例，总的有效率为88.89%，治疗前后语音清晰度差异有统计学意义（χ2=25.05，P0.01）。 结论 唇腭裂术后孤儿经过心理护理后，无论在情感、言语能力方面都有很大的进步，为他们尽早回归家庭和融入社会提供了有力的支持。 　　[关键词] 唇腭裂修补术；孤儿；心理护理；语音治疗 　　[中图分类号] R473.72 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）08（a）-0128-03 　　Effect of postoperative psychological care on speech therapy in cleft lip and palate orphans 　　HUANG Li-ya HUANG Yong-sen YUN Xiu-jie ZHU Fen-you HUANG Shu-yuan QIN Chuan-ping 　　Social Welfare Center of Longgang District in Shenzhen City，Shenzhen 518116，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of postoperative psychological care on speech therapy in cleft lip and palate orphans. Methods 36 orphans who were aged 3 to 9 years old with normal intelligence，taken cleft lip and palate repair were selected from January to December 2010 in Welfare Centre，then psychological care，psychological social support and language rehabilitation guidance was given to them.At last，the nasal emission and speech intelligibility before and after training was tested. Results The percentage of nose leak changed from before treatment of 42.8% down to after treatment of 18.1%，the difference was significant （P0.01）.Speech intelligibility was obviously improved，11 cases of the speech reached to the normal level， and the total effective rate was 88.89%，there was significant difference for degree of clarity of pronunciation before and after treatment （χ2=25.05，P0.01）.
