头孢氨苄治疗牙周炎的疗效和安全性分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨头孢氨苄治疗牙周炎的疗效及安全性。方法：选取笔者所在医院2012年5月-2014年1月收治的牙周炎患者110例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组55例。对照组给予甲硝唑治疗，观察组给予头孢氨苄联合甲硝唑治疗。观察两组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗1个疗程后，两组症状缓解在牙龈疼痛、牙龈红肿方面比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。对照组总有效率为74.5%，观察组为94.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组不良反应均较轻，不影响治疗。结论：头孢氨苄联合甲硝唑治疗的效果较单用甲硝唑更为显著，能够有效提高治愈率，缓解患者症状，且无明显不良反应，值得在临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 牙周炎； 头孢氨苄； 甲硝唑 　　中图分类号 R781.42 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）20-0026-02 　　The Curative Effect and Safety Analysis of Cefalexin in the Treatment of Periodontitis/SUN Yi-mei.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（20）：26-27 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To discuss the curative effect and safety analysis of Cefalexin in treatment of periodontitis.Method： 110 cases of patients with periodontitis admitted our hospital from May 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，each group of 55 cases. The control group with the treatment of metronidazole and the observation group with the treatment of Cefalexin combined with Metronidazole. And the curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result：After a course of treatment， two groups had statistically significant differences on gum pain，red and swollen gums（P0.05）. The total effective rate of the control group was 74.5% while the treatment group was 94.5% after treatment， and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.
