学龄前流动儿童计划免疫接种率的调查分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.102 　　摘 要 目的：了解学龄前流动儿童计划免疫接种情况，分析相关影响因素和改进措施，提高免疫接种率。方法：在街道办及社区卫生服务人员陪同下，调查人员到城市流动人员集中的小区逐户调查，查看接种证、接种卡以及各项记录。结果：符合调查要求的儿童246例，男134例，女112例；第1胎141例，第2胎105例；本省户口90例，外省户口156例；初中及以下学历90.71%，高中以上学历9.29%。家庭年收入30 000 2.14%。家长仅能说出1种疫苗64.32%，能够说出全部疫苗2.31%。178例流动儿童接受过免疫接种，在原籍地建证72例，本地建证174例，卡疤143例；七苗合格125例，不合格28例，未接种25例。结论：由于多种因素影响了儿童免疫接种率，有待加强管理监督、宣传教育工作，提高服务水平。 　　关键词 学龄前 流动儿童 调查分析 　　Investigation and analysis of preschool migrant children planned immunization vaccination rate 　　Su Zhenfeng 　　Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of Zhengyang County，Henan 463600 　　Abstract Objective：To understand the preschool migrant children planned immunization vaccination status，to analyze the relevant influence factors and improving measures，and to improve the immunization vaccination rate.Methods：In the street and the community health service personnel accompany below，investigating officer had house investigation in the urban migrants concentration area，and viewed the vaccination certificate，vaccination card and records.Results：The children in accordance with survey requirements was 246 cases，134 cases were male，and 112 cases were female.141 cases were the first children，and 105 cases were the second children.90 cases were the province account，and 156 cases were other provinces account.90.71% were junior high school and below education，and 9.29% were high school above education.6.37% were annual family income of 15 000 Yuan below，6.65% were 15 000 to 20 000 Yuan，2.14% were more than 30 000 Yuan.64.32% parents only can say 1 kind of vaccine，and 2.31% can tell all vaccines.178 cases of floating children received immunization vaccination.72 cases builded the card on their home ground，174 cases builded the card on lacal.143 cases had vaccination scar after BCG.125 cases were qualified，28 cases were unqualified，25 cases were unvaccinated.Conclusion：Various factors influence on children immunization vaccination rate，I
