对比部分子宫切除和全子宫切除对子宫肌瘤患者性生活的影响 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.44 　　摘 要 目的：探讨部分子宫切除和全子宫切除对子宫肌瘤患者性生活影响。方法：2012年2月-2014年2月收治子宫肌瘤患者289例，随机分为观察组和对照组，分别给予部分子宫切除和全子宫切除，对比分析其对患者的性生活影响。结果：观察组性欲异常症状、性唤起异常症状、性高潮异常症状、性心理异常症状、性行为异常症状评分及综合评分和对照组相比明显偏高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术中和术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在子宫肌瘤患者临床治疗中，部分子宫切除术对患者性生活质量的影响明显小于全子宫切除术，同时其并发症发生率也比较低。 　　关键词 部分子宫切除术 全子宫切除 子宫肌瘤 　　Comparative analysis of partial hysterectomy and total hysterectomy on sex life of patients with myoma of uterus 　　Zhang Qin1，Dan Ye2 　　Obstetrics and Gynecology Department，the Peoples Hospital of Xuyong County，Luzhou City，Sichuan 6464001 　　Shuangnan Community Health Service Center of Wuhou District，Chengdu City，Sichuan 6100002 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the influence of partial hysterectomy and total hysterectomy on the sex life of patients with myoma of uterus.Methods：289 cases with uterine myoma were selected from February 2012 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.They were given partial hysterectomy and total hysterectomy respectively.We compared the influence of partial hysterectomy and hysterectomy on the sex life of patients with myoma of uterus.Results：Compared with the control group，sexual abnormality，sexual arousal abnormality，orgasm abnormal symptoms，sexual psychology abnormal symptoms，abnormal sexual behavior symptoms score and comprehensive score of the observation group were significantly higher，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group during and after operation，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids，partial hysterectomy surgery on sexual life quality in patients is significantly less than the total hysterectomy，and the complication rate is low. 　　Key words Partial hysterectomy；Total hysterectomy；Myoma of uterus
