心理护理在非急诊冠心病介入治疗中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨心理护理在非急诊冠心病介入治疗中的应用价值。方法：将192例非急诊冠心病介入治疗患者作为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规的护理措施，观察组除采用常规的护理措施外，并给予全程心理护理干预。观察两组患者介入手术前后的焦虑、抑郁心理状况。结果：与术前比较，术后观察组患者的焦虑与抑郁心理状况明显改善（P0.05）。术后观察组患者的焦虑与抑郁心理状况较对照组改善明显（P0.05）。结论：心理护理可明显减少非急诊冠心病介入治疗患者的焦虑、抑郁的发生率。 　　【关键词】 介入治疗； 心理干预； 焦虑； 抑郁 　　中图分类号 R541.4 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）20-0091-02 　　Application of Psychological Nursing in Non Emergency Intervention Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Patients/HU Rong-hong，YE Pei-jun.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（20）：91-92 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application value of psychological nursing in non emergency intervention therapy of coronary heart disease patients.Method：192 cases of non emergency interventional therapy of coronary heart disease patients were selected as research object.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group used routine nursing measures.The observation group used the routine nursing measures，and were given the psychological nursing intervention.Anxiety and depression status of the two groups were observed before and after interventional operation.Result：Compared with the preoperative，anxiety and depression status of postoperative patients in the observation group improved significantly（P0.05）.Compared with the control group，anxiety and depression status of postoperative patients of the observation group improved significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression in the non emergency percutaneous coronary intervention patients. 　　【Key words】 Intervention therapy； Psychological nursing； Anxiety； Depression 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Chizhou City，Chizhou 247000，China 　　随着我国人民生活水平的广泛提高，冠心病已成为危害人类健康的首要致死性疾病[1]。冠心病介入手术治疗的发展，为冠心病的治愈及改善冠心病患者的生活质量起到非常重要的作用。冠心病介入手术治疗也因其创伤小、康复快及并发症少，在临床上已经成为冠心病治疗的重要手段。但冠心病介入手术的绝大多数患者术中采用局麻或镇静镇痛的麻醉方式，患者在手术整个过程中处于清醒状态，不可避免的会产生焦虑、抑郁，甚至恐惧的情绪，这些都对手术的顺利进行产生
