运动疗法对老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨运动疗法对老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的影响。 方法 选择本院就诊的冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者90例，采用个性化运动干预，测定干预前后的血脂、血压，并采用SF-36简明量表评估患者的生活质量改善情况。 结果 干预后的收缩压、舒张压均低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。干预后的心理健康状况、角色心理状况、活力/精力、身体疼痛、综合健康评分均高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 运动疗法能降低老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的血压，改善血脂水平及生活质量，效果明显。 　　[关键词] 运动疗法；冠心病合并2型糖尿病；血脂；血压；生活质量；老年 　　[中图分类号] R541.4[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（a）-0054-03 　　 　　Ifluence of exercise therapy on elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes 　　LI Xiao-yan XING Xiao-yan 　　Department of Cardiology,People′s Hospital of Rongcheng City in Shandong Province,Rongcheng 264300,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the ifluence of exercise therapy on elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes. Methods 90 cases of patients with coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected and given personalized exercise intervention.Blood lipid,blood pressure was detected before and after intervention respectively and the improvement of quality of life was evaluated by the SF-36. Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after intervention was lower than that before intervention respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05).Mental health,the role of psychological condition,energy/energy,bodily pain,general health score after intervention was higher than that before intervention respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05).
