Further studies in the area of CR, as benefits, spectrum trading mechanisms and consequences, data base communication. Strategic Direction * Geneva, 13-16 July 2009 Market is moving very fast in the area of CR – standards are urgently needed in eg the area of UHF TV-bands. There is an urgent need for a solid scientific basis regarding the benefits and effects of CR. As well as more knowledge on concrete market interest of spectrum trading.
