Impact of TBT on China’s Export中国出口中遇到的TBT 1.1 Machinery and Electrical Products 机电产品 TBTs have increased cost of China’s export of machinery and electrical products. 中国出口机电产品遇到 TBT后增加成本最多 Machinery and electrical industry is the largest export industry in China. In 2006, the export of machinery and electrical products accounts for 56.7% of total export. Statistics shows that ‘s direct damage on the machinery and electrical industry was 8.7 billion USD in 2006, accounting for 24.2% of the total direct damage in China. ( 2007) 机电行业是中国第一大出口行业。2006年，机电产品出口占全年出口总额的56.7%，据国家质检总局统计，2006年，机电行业因国外技术性贸易措施而所受直接损失就达到87亿美元，占当年度出口贸易直接损失总额的24.2%，位列所受影响行业之首（国家质检总局网，2007）。 1.2 Textiles 纺织品 China is the largest textiles producer and exporter in the world, accounts for about a quarter of the world total export. However, international communities especially developed countries have developed more serious TBT to protect their markets. TBT has become the major barrier for China’s textiles export. 中国是目前世界上最大的纺织品生产和出口国, 纺织品服装出口占世界的1/4。但是，国外特别是发达国家通过设置越来越严格的技术性贸易措施来进行市场保护。TBT已逐渐成为影响中国纺织品出口的主要障碍。 1.3 Agricultural Products 农产品 Most kinds of China’s export of agricultural Products were affected by TBT/SPS.
