Unit 9 My favorite subject is science. Section B 2a Step 1 Reviewing the words about subjects I will present the words about subjects by asking the following questions like this: T: How many students are there in your class? T: How many classes do you have in one day? T: How many subjects do you have in the school? Show the students the cards and ask them to read the words together. Then read them individually . I will check if the students can pronounce the words correctly by using the cards. (Purpose: To examine if the students have mastered the pronunciation of the words by using the cards.) Step 2 Spelling and Using the words about subjects I will show the exercises by computer and ask the students to fill in the blanks with the words. Do you want to know about the climate and the location of each city in our country? Then go to ________ class. We can learn a lot about Tang Dynasty and the emperor QinShihuang in ________class.
