客户信息管理系统 摘 要 随着时代的进步，企业人员数量也不断增加、分工的不断细化、各个行业间联系的不断密切，对人事管理的要求也不断提高。实现人事管理自动化，无疑将带来高效率的企业管理。如何有效地对员工实施宏观管理，对企事业单位的构成情况和发展趋势进行统计、规划、分析、预测，根据分析的结果制定切实可行的人事政策，是一项繁重而艰巨的任务。那么如何管理好企业内部员工的信息，也成为企业管理中的一个大问题。在最初的人事管理系统中都是采用人工方式，记录量大，易出错，这种旧式的人工管理方式已不合适现代企业公司的发展了，实现企业人事管理的系统化、规范化、自动化，将成为现代企业管理人员的首选。 本文以企业管理信息系统建设中的员工信息管理子系统的开发为背景，论述了管理信息系统的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法，系统以JSP为开发工具，以MySQL5为后台数据库管理系统，该管理系统具有如下功能：员工基本信息的录入、修改、查询、删除模块，员工考勤信息的添加、修改、查询，员工评员工工资信息的录入、修改、查询、删除模块，以及系统管理功能。为企业员工管理提供信息咨询，信息检索，信息存取等服务，基本上能够满足现代企业对员工管理的需要。 关键词 企业信息管理；JSP；MySQL5 Abstract Along with the progress of the times, the number of enterprises are increasing the division of the continuous refinement, all inter-industry linkages continues to work closely on the requirements of personnel management is also rising.
