压裂水平井产能影响因素研究* 张凤喜，吴晓东**，隋先富,安永生，陈勇光 （中国石油大学石油工程教育部国家重点实验室 北京 昌平102249） 摘要：压裂水平井产能影响因素较多，为了成功实施压裂水平井，必须在施工前的方案设计中充分考虑各因素对其产能的影响。基于水电相似原理，通过电模拟试验，研究了各因素对产能的影响。研究的参数主要有：水平井长度、裂缝长度、裂缝条数与间距、主井筒与裂缝夹角等。研究结果表明：产能随着主井筒长度增大而增大，但增大趋势逐渐变缓；产能随着裂缝间距和裂缝条数的增大而增大，并且均存在一最佳间距和条数匹配值；缝条数较少时，主井筒流入对产能的贡献较大，但随着缝条数的增多，贡献值减小；裂缝长度对产能也有较大影响；裂缝与主井筒成较大夹角时能获得较高产能。分清各因素对产能的影响，可为压裂水平井的设计提供理论指导。 关键词：压裂水平井；产能；影响因素；水电相似 Study to Factors Affecting Productivity of Fractured Horizontal Wells* Zhang Feng-xi, Wu Xiao-dong**, Sui Xian-fu, An Yong-sheng,Chen Yong-guang, (MOE Key Laboratory of Petroleum Engineering in China University of Petroleum, Beijing 102249) Abstract: Many factors affecting productivity of fractured horizontal wells exist. In order to apply fractured horizontal wells successfully, it is necessary to consider the factors before the fracturing job. The relationship between the productivity of a fractured horizontal well and the factors including the length of horizontal wellbore and fracture, the fracture number and distances between two fractures, the angle between the horizontal wellbore and the fracture, is studied by electric simulation experiment based on the theory of electric analogy . It is shown that, the productivity increases along with the length of horizontal wellbore and fracture, and the tendency is becoming smaller; the productivity increases with the fracture number and distances, and a optimun value exists; the contribution of main-wellbore inflowing to the productivity decreases with the fracture numbers; higher productivity will be obtained under a higher angle between the horizontal wellbore and fracture; the spacing of fracture highly influenced the productivity.
