海 南 大 学 毕 业 论 文（设计） 题 目：年产2700吨无水酒精工厂的初步设计 学 号： 20070144061 姓 名： 荣 明 星 年 级： 07 级 学 院： 材料与化工学院 系 别： 生 物 工 程 专 业： 生 物 工 程 指导教师： 罗 先 群 完成日期： 2011 年 05 月 10 日 摘要 发酵法生产酒精，是当代世界生物技术产品中数量最大、对人类益处最大的产品。除了满足人类对蒸馏酒和化工产品等需要，在21实际它还将是人类可再生能源的主要组成成分。酒精生产方法主要有化学合成法和生物发酵法两种。化学合成法是以石油工业中石油裂解产生的乙烯为原料加水合成酒精的。发酵法酒精的原料可以是淀粉质原料、糖蜜原料、纤维素原料、野生植物和亚硫酸造纸废液。目前我国酒精工业发展迅速，各项生产指标已达国际先进水平。为了进一步提高酒精生产水平，各国工程技术人员不断研究新型酒精发酵方法，改进生产设备，酒精蒸馏工艺也在不断改进和完善。发酵生产酒精也存在一些问题：生产所排放的酒精糟液对环境的污染问题；酒精生产原料问题；酒精生产成本偏高问题。 关键词：糖蜜；发酵；蒸馏；无水酒精 Abstract Fermentation alcohol production, is in contemporary world biotechnology product for the largest number of the largest human benefits and products. In addition to satisfying human distilled spirits and chemical product and needs, it will also be in the 21st century is the main human renewable energy components. Alcohol production methods mainly include chemical synthesis and biological fermentation two kinds. Chemical synthesis based on petroleum industries oil cracking produce vinyl alcohol as raw materials adding water synthesis. Fermentation alcohol materials can be starch material, molasses raw materials, cellulose material, wild plants and sulfite paper-making effluent. At present our country alcohol industry is developing rapidly, the production index has reached the international advanced level. To further enhance the alcohol production level, countries engineering technicians continuously research new alcohol fermentation method, improving production equipment, alcohol distillation process are constantly improving and perfecting. Fermentation alcohol also some problems: production emissions generated alcohol bad fluid pollution to the environment problem; Alcohol production materials problem; Alcohol production higher cost problem.
