毕业设计说明书 基于PLC花样喷泉控制系统设计 学生姓名： 学号： 学 院： 系 名： 专 业： 指导教师： 2015年 6 月 基于PLC花样喷泉控制系统设计 摘要：进入二十一世纪以来,随着花样喷泉景观的出现与PLC在中国的前景越来越明朗,人们的审美和要求越来越高导致控制实现花样喷泉越来越难,更多的控制需要使用PLC实现。 用PLC控制花样喷泉的优点是运行方便，过程稳定，机构简单，原理清晰。 用梯形图编写的程序，逻辑清晰，程序简单。在修改的时候也很方便，如果需要改变喷射模式和喷射时间，结构逻辑不必做出重大调整，只要对控制程序进行修改，就可以实现控制目标。 这里研究的喷泉用施耐德系列可编程控制器作为控制喷泉的控制器。本文对花式喷泉整体功能进行了分析，组成和工作原理的研究，并且介绍了可编程控制器的详细情况。本设计提高了喷泉的质量控制系统和实现了对喷泉的实时性控制。 关键词：喷泉，PLC，梯形图 Graduation design fountain PLC control system Abstract:Since entering the 21st century, with the emergence of fountain landscape pattern and the prospects of PLC in China more and more clear, peoples aesthetic and the demand is higher and higher in fountain control implementation pattern is more and more difficult, more need to use PLC to realize control. With PLC control pattern fountain has the advantage of convenient operation, process stability, simple structure, clear principle. Program, written in ladder diagram logic is clear, simple procedures. When changes very convenient also, if you need to change the injection mode and injection time, structure logic doesnt have to make a major adjustment, as long as to modify the control program, youll be able to control the target. This research fountain with schneider series programmable controller as the controller to control the fountain. Are analyzed in this paper, the fancy fountain overall function, composition and working principle of the research, and introduces the details of the programmable controller. The design and improve the quality of the fountain control system realized the real-time control of the fountain.
