毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 高炉冷却水温度测量系统设计 摘要 高炉冷却水进出水温度的变化，间接反映出炉内的物料和冶炼状况，高炉冷却水温差过大反映了炉壁温度过高，严重影响高炉的寿命，但温差过小则能源损失太大，增加冶炼成本。通过在线实时监测水温差的变化，可监测到高炉冷却壁的使用状态，及时对冷却壁进行维护，可提高高炉的使用寿命、减少高炉事故的发生，降低能耗，提高产量。因此，高炉冷却水温差的测量是高炉冶炼的重要操作之一。 本设计是基于单片机的温度测量系统，系统具有高精度、功能强、经济性好的特点，无论在提高产品质量还是产品数量，节约能源，还是改善劳动条件等方面都显示出它的优越性。本设计以单片机为核心，硬件电路分为：扩展模块、测量模块、数据转换模块、键盘与显示模块、电源和报警模块，系统通过软、硬件的设计，完成对高炉16路冷却水温度进行自动巡回检测，需要时用键盘切换电子钟和显示温差，被测温差不在规定范围内，系统报警。 关键字：高炉 多路开关 放大滤波 模数转换 笔段码 Blast furnace cooling water temperature measurement system Abstract The cooling water temperature changes of Blast furnace, indirectly reflects the status of the furnace and smelting of materials, blast furnace cooling water temperature difference reflects the furnace wall temperature is too high, seriously affecting the life of blast furnace, if, the temperature difference in the energy loss is too small to increase smelting costs.
