摘 要 本次设计的题目为：和顺中央花园城13#会所及地下，商业网点的电气设计。此设计项目包括花园城十六层的13#楼一栋，以及20000平方米的地下车库一个，还有花园城外围的独立商业网点。本工程设计包括强电设计和弱电设计两部分。强电设计部分包括：配电系统设计、照明系统设计、插座系统设计、防雷系统设计、接地系统设计;弱电设计部分包括：消防系统、有线视系统设计、电话系统设计。 低压配电系统：本工程消防用电设备、电梯、应急疏散照明为二级负荷，其它不属于二级负荷用电设备均为三级负荷。 照明、插座系统：根据照度水平、照明质量、照度计算来选择不同房间的灯和插座。 防雷、接地系统及安全措施：本建筑物为三类防雷保护设计，年预计雷击次数为：N=0.21次/年；防雷接地、设备保护接地、弱电系统等的接地共用统一的接地极。 消防系统：本建筑物的消防保护等级为二级。主要采用消防中心手动控制方式。采用双电源末端互设供电方式，保证供电的可靠性。 关键词：低压配电系统；照明；有线电视；防雷；弱电系统；消防系统 Abstract The design entitled: Central Garden City 13 # rolls and underground clubs, commercial outlets for electrical design. The design project includes a 16-storey Garden City 13 # , and a 20,000 square meters of underground garage, as well as Garden Citys independent external commercial outlets.This engineering design, including the strong electricity and weak electricity in two parts. Strong electrical part involves distribution design, illumination design and thunder defence design, grounding design etc； The weak electrically includes fire system design, CATV design, telephone design, etc. Low-voltage distribution system: The fire works electrical equipment, elevators, emergency evacuation lighting belong to the second load rating, the other electrical equipment belong to the third load rating. Illumination and socket system: by intensity of illumination level, lighting quality , intensity of illumination calculate to choose the difference light and socket for different room. Lightning Protection system and safety measures. The three types of buildings by lightning protection design, estimated the number of lightning: N = 0.21; Lightning Protection, protection of ground equipment, weak electricity systems of the earth share a unified ground. Fire system: fire protection of the building belong to the second fire rating. major fire facilities forced by fire control center manualy, to ensure the reliability of electricity supply, I usd the dual power supply for the end of each box.
